Sit inside the New Falcon and you’ll be amazed by its spaciousness. Not only is it sizable, it’s clever. The ergonomically designed interior is exceptionally comfortable for long drives whilst the four way adjustable electronic driver’s seat allows for the ideal driving position. Space is adaptable with the inclusion of 60/40 split fold seats, meaning the boot is more practical than ever.

Before the New Falcon was launched, it endured tests that were more than vigorous, they were downright brutal. The Powertrain Collaboration team took a fleet of six EcoLPi Falcons through three long years of powertrain testing. Covering over 550,000kms of robustness testing, the project covered every state and every type of terrain in Australia. And all vehicles were subjected to exhaustive testing at Ford’s Proving Ground in Melbourne over a multitude of different surfaces and scenarios. The EcoBoost engine was tested in areas as diverse as -30ºC in Canada to a stifling 50ºC in Death Valley.
