National Roadside Assistance
Available to all new Ford owners for a 3-year, unlimited kilometre period from the date of the first registration#. Whether you’re 10 minutes from home or hours away, you only need to experience a flat tyre or a flat battery to know the value of Roadside Assistance. Professional help is just a toll-free phone call away, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Ford Roadside Assistance staff are fully qualified to assist Ford owners all the way from providing general advice over the phone, right through to providing roadside service in the unlikely event of an emergency breakdown.
Extended Roadside Assistance
For those who continue servicing with a participating Ford Dealer in years 3-5, we’ll continue to provide you with this Ford Benefit. You’ll receive a 12-month extension to your Roadside Assistance coverageTerms and conditions Road Assistance-1. It’s just another way we’re committed to you.
Key benefits include:
Flat Battery
Ford’s Roadside technician’s will jump-start a flat battery or arrange a battery replacement.
Out of Fuel
Ford Roadside Assistance will provide 5 litres of petrol or diesel free of charge and deliver to your vehicle.
Flat Tyre
A flat tyre will be changed on the spot (where vehicle has a spare) or, if necessary, a tow will be arranged.
Lock Out
Ford Roadside Assistance will assist where possible in opening your vehicle, locating and delivering your spare keys (where applicable), or arranging a tow, provided adequate proof of ownership can be shown.
Mechanical Breakdown
Please call 0800 15 16 17 for assistance. Where applicable, a Service Patrol Vehicle will be dispatched to assist in mobilising your vehicle.
Towing
In the event that a vehicle cannot be mobilised at the roadside, that vehicle will be towed to the nearest Ford Dealer or authorised Ford Service outletTerms and conditions Road Assistance-1.
