Pre-Paid Service Plans
A convenient way to manage your servicing costs. If you have purchased a Mustang Mach-E or E-Transit prior to May 1st 2024, and have not had your first General Service, talk to your Ford dealer about locking in the price and pre-paying the first five years / 100,000 kms for Mach-E (whichever comes first), or five years / 150,000kms for E-Transit (whichever comes first) of scheduled services.

What is included in a General Service?
A general service includes comprehensive inspection inside the vehicle, under the hood, under the vehicle and outside the vehicle, as well as a range of other services listed below. A Pre-Paid Service plan covers the cost of first 5 General Services, including labour - it excludes any other additional maintenance items other than mentioned in the Service Portfolio.

* Means no later than 12 months or 20,000 km (whichever occurs first) from the previous General Service. Five Year Service covers the first five Services as per the above table. Eligible Vehicles must be serviced within Tolerance Period: 1 month / 2,500km (whichever occurs first) is the maximum extension allowed for the time and kilometre limits of each Scheduled Service.
