Make sure:
• Your paired phone is connected to SYNC®
- To switch to Bluetooth® Audio, press the Voice button and say, “Bluetooth Audio.”
- SYNC® will confirm and ask for a command. Say any of the following:
-“Play <previous / next> track”
-“Pause” / “Play”
-“Play all”
