Your selected dealer will contact you once your reservation has been confirmed as an order. They will be able to confirm with you the final pricing including On Road Costs and CO2 Emission Rebates or Fees.

The delivery time will depend on when your order is finalised. Your Ford Dealer will be able to provide you with an estimated delivery date when you sign your sales and purchase agreement.

A reservation is a convenient way for you to reserve the opportunity to purchase your selected model (subject to stock availability) by indicating your interest online with a selected Ford Dealer.

No. By placing a reservation online, you are conveniently reserving the opportunity to progress to the next steps in the buying process. Placing a reservation allows you to express to your chosen Ford Dealer your interest in purchasing your selected model.

A reservation allows you to configure a selected vehicle online whenever suits you. You can select your build specifications and add any available options whilst receiving an estimated driveaway price based on your location. An online reservation placed will go directly to a Ford Dealer.

Simply enter your postcode and select the vehicle’s intended use. Build your vehicle including any available options and receive an estimated driveaway price. Pay a reservation fee to send your interest in this vehicle to a Ford Dealer. They will receive this reservation and contact you to discuss the next steps to purchase your vehicle.

The reservation fee will vary based on the vehicle and model you select and is paid directly to your selected Ford Dealership via PayPal.

Yes, your reservation fee is fully refundable, and will be refunded back to the original payment method used within 14 days.

Your nearest Ford Dealer will be pre-selected once you enter your postcode. Nearby Ford Dealers will also be available for selection during the final payment step (prior to finalising your reservation).

Once your reservation has been successfully placed you will no longer be able to update it through your Ford Member Account. Any desired changes to your vehicle specification will need to be discussed and confirmed with your selected Ford Dealer.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation via your Ford Member Account anytime prior to agreeing to purchase the vehicle from a Ford Dealer.
Your reservation fee will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
Cancellations can be made directly with your Ford Dealer, or via your Ford Member Account before the order progresses to a confirmed order.

Yes. You will receive communication from Ford via email and SMS advising of your reservation transaction, any cancelled reservations, and when your reservation becomes a confirmed order with your Ford Dealer. Following this, all further correspondence will be from your Ford Dealer.

A Ford Member Account is a secure way to register your details with Ford and pay a reservation fee through a Ford approved payment gateway (PayPal). A Ford Member Account will connect your reservations to your Ford Dealer.
