How do I set up my electric vehicle charge level notifications in the Ford app*?

In order to receive charge level notifications, you must enable the feature first. To set up your notifications in the Ford app:

  1. Navigate to the Vehicle landing page.
  2. Select the Charging heading.
  3. Tap the Charge Level Notifications tile.
  4. Toggle the Charge Level Notification switch to the right.
  5. Set your desired Charge Level percentage using the slider.
  6. Select Save.

Notes:

  • Your charge level is the state of charge for your battery.
  • Your notification is sent based on the percentage of charge having been reached.
  • When notification conditions are met, you will also receive a notification in your Message Centre.
