How do I delete my Ford account?
You can remove your Ford account using the Ford app. You can also contact our Ford app support and request an account deletion.
Important: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your profile on any Ford site (sites associated with ford.co.nz and the Ford app). You will also lose access to the following features:
- Remote Lock/Unlock
- Remote Start/Stop
- Connected Services and Subscriptions
To delete your account using the Ford app:
- Log in to the Ford app.
- Select the Account icon.
- Choose Account Information.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and choose Yes, delete.
