What are the next steps if my Ford Dealer is unable to find a fault?
When a dealership is unable to find/replicate the same fault you have brought the vehicle in to be inspected for, they may have to give the vehicle back to you. It should be advised that as soon as you experience the issue with your vehicle again, you should take it back to the dealership.
Repairs cannot be carried out on your vehicle without a full diagnosis that includes identification of the fault.
