How do I set up my electric vehicle charge level notifications in FordPass®*?
In order to receive charge level notifications, you must enable the feature first. To set up your notifications in the FordPass App:
- Navigate to the Vehicle landing page.
- Select the Charging heading.
- Tap the Charge Level Notifications tile.
- Toggle the Charge Level Notification switch to the right
- Set your desired Charge Level percentage using the slider.
- Select Save.
Notes:
- Your charge level is the state of charge for your battery.
- Your notification is sent based on the percentage of charge having been reached.
- When notification conditions are met, your will also receive a notification in your Message Centre.
