How do I delete messages in the FordPass Message Centre?

If both your Account tab and Message Centre tab have dot indicators, this means you have a new message in FordPass®

To Delete a Single Message:

  1. Log in to the FordPass app.
  2. Navigate to the Account landing page.
  3. Select Message Centre.
  4. Locate the message you want to delete.
  5. Open the message and select Delete.

Note: For iOS users, you can also swipe to the left on the message and tap Delete.

To Delete Multiple Messages:

  1. Log in to the FordPass app.
  2. Navigate to the Account landing page.
  3. Select Message Centre.
  4. Tap Edit in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  5. Check each box next to the messages you want to remove.

Note: Tap Select All (at the bottom of the screen) to remove all messages. 

  1. Select the Trash Bin icon to delete the messages.
  2. Confirm your request by tapping Yes, Delete from on the pop-up message.
