Why am I unable to download the FordPass app?

If you are unable to download the app to your device, a few common reasons for this could be due to:

  1. Your device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod) does not have enough storage space for the update/download.
  2. Please delete unused app and try again.
  3. You may be experiencing network/internet connection issues.
  4. Check your mobile strength and or Wi-Fi connection.
    • Wi-Fi connection
      • If Wi-Fi is turned off, turn Wi-Fi on and attempt to connect.
      • If Wi-Fi is turned on, turn Wi-Fi off and attempt to connect using mobile data.
    • Cellular connection
      • If mobile data is turned off, turn mobile data on and attempt to connect.
      • If mobile data is turned on, turn mobile data off and attempt to connect using Wi-Fi.
  5. Power off your device for 30 - 60 seconds.
  6. Turn on your device.
  7. Attempt to download the app.
