Why am I unable to download the FordPass™ app?
If you are unable to download the app to your device, a few common reasons for this could be due to:
- Your device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod) does not have enough storage space for the update/download.
- Please delete unused app and try again.
- You may be experiencing network/internet connection issues.
- Check your mobile strength and or Wi-Fi connection.
- Wi-Fi connection
- If Wi-Fi is turned off, turn Wi-Fi on and attempt to connect.
- If Wi-Fi is turned on, turn Wi-Fi off and attempt to connect using mobile data.
- Cellular connection
- If mobile data is turned off, turn mobile data on and attempt to connect.
- If mobile data is turned on, turn mobile data off and attempt to connect using Wi-Fi.
- Wi-Fi connection
- Power off your device for 30 - 60 seconds.
- Turn on your device.
- Attempt to download the app.
