Why does my vehicle show Transport Mode when using FordPass®*?
During shipment from the factory, a vehicle is put in a partially activate state called Transport Mode. While in this state a vehicle's FordPass Connect modem cannot be activated.
If your vehicle is showing under Transport Mode, please contact your Ford Dealer for best assistance.
