Why won't my vehicle's recall or Field Service Actions (FSAs) clear from FordPass®*?
After services have been provided by your Ford Dealer, they will need to confirm the actions through internal systems. This process can vary depending on the dealership, as some may file a claim within a few business days, while some dealerships complete the claims at the end of the month. As a result, this may take time for FordPass to reflect properly.
Note: Some FSAs do not clear until a date/mileage interval is reached. FSAs that have a mileage interval/date requirement have this information stated in the FSA.
