How do I get a replacement key?

Ford vehicle keys are warranted for any concerns resulting from a manufacturing or programming-related defect in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Ford Express New Vehicle Warranty. In other cases (such as lost or stolen keys), your Ford Dealer may charge a replacement fee. Please contact the dealer who supplied the vehicle or your local Ford Dealership for assistance.
