How do I adjust the Head Restraints in my vehicle?

The head restraints in your Ford vehicle are adjustable to offer drivers and passengers of varying heights optimal safety in the event of a collision. Raising the head restraint above the maximum height is not permitted as this would mean the vehicle will no longer meet the approved safety standards.
