Who Receives Customer Viewpoint Surveys?
Ford Motor Company administers invitations to complete the Customer Viewpoint survey using new vehicle sales, warranty service repairs, or ownership information. Survey methods are designed to receive feedback from a variety of dealership and ownership experiences, so not every vehicle sale or repair generates a Customer Viewpoint survey. Dealerships do not determine which customers receive survey invitations or when surveys are sent.
Who do we survey?

- Small Fleet Customers
- Vehicles up to 7yrs in service – 150000km.
However.........
It is important to remember that to avoid excessive surveys, Ford only surveys a selection of our customers. Not all customers will receive a survey every time.
