Service Portfolio: Recording Recall Work

Ford continuously performs strict quality tests on its products. Whenever a situation arises, which compromises the safety and/or reliability of your vehicle, you will be notified directly, so that you can visit an Authorised Dealer and have the necessary checks/rectification completed.

After the necessary checks/corrections have been made it will be recorded in our warranty systems. After the completion of a Safety recall your Ford dealer will place a label in the driver’s side “A” pillar area.

Ford is not responsible for any repair or replacement required as a result of failure to have your vehicle checked or reworked following a Field Service Action notification.
