How do I update the navigation system maps?

Ford vehicles equipped with SYNC 2, SYNC 3 & SYNC 3.2 Satellite Navigation who complete their scheduled servicing with a participating Ford Dealer are eligible to receive annual map updates for up to 7 years, where available^*. Map updates are just one of the many benefits we offer our customers who return to get their vehicle serviced with us. We believe that’s what service should be.

Up-to-date map data ensures the Satellite Navigation in the SYNC connectivity system provides the most accurate and, if selected, most efficient route available.

SYNC 2

If you own a Ford vehicle equipped with SYNC 2, you are eligible to receive the latest Sat Nav Map Updates, where available, each time you complete a scheduled service at a Ford Dealer.

SYNC 3 & 3.2

Receive the latest Sat Nav Map Updates for your SYNC 3 & SYNC 3.2 Ford vehicle, where available, each time you complete a scheduled service at a Ford Dealer^*.
