What is the Customer Satisfaction Program tile in the Ford app*?

The Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP) tile is on the Service landing page of the Ford app. This is an alert provided for applicable Field Service Alerts (FSAs), which are important repairs/upgrades provided by Ford.

It only displays if your vehicle is eligible for an FSA through the CSP. It will not appear for all instances of repairs or upgrades.

Potential FSAs include:

  • Application upgrades
  • Warranty extension (multiple or single repairs)
  • Market-specific repairs
