Ford New Zealand Announces 2026.5 Everest Pricing; New ‘Active’ Model to Lead the Line-up

Ford New Zealand today announced pricing and specifications for the 2026.50 Ford Everest range, headlined by a new entry point for the family: the Everest Active.

The 2026.50 update marks a strategic shift for the award-winning SUV. The Everest Trend will cease production, making way for the Everest Active to become the new starting point for the line-up.

Designed to balance style and value, the Active features bold new interior and exterior design themes, presenting a compelling option for Kiwi families and adventurers.

“The Everest continues to be a Kiwi favourite with its five-star safety, three and a half tonne towing and go-anywhere adventure capability. In 2025, it was the number one selling large SUV in the country for the third year in a row,” said Mathew Slade, Marketing Director, Ford New Zealand.

“The introduction of the Everest Active allows us to build on this incredible momentum by offering a fresh, bold personality at the entry point of the range. It’s a vehicle that doesn't compromise on presence or essential features. By listening to our customers, we’ve refined the line-up to ensure that from the Active through to the Platinum, every Everest provides the capability, safety, and technology New Zealanders expect from a premium SUV.”
