 USE OF THE FORD BLUE OVAL LOGO AND OTHER FORD TRADE MARKS

 The Ford blue oval logo is one of the world's most recognisable trade marks owned by Ford Motor Company. Ford Motor Company has developed a substantial reputation and good will in the Ford blue oval and its other trade marks in New Zealand and around the world.

In order to protect its trade marks, Ford Motor Company only permits authorised Ford Dealers and other organisations closely associated with it to use its name and trade marks. This ensures that when customers see the Ford name or the blue oval logo, they know they are dealing with Ford Motor Company or an organisation closely linked to Ford Motor Company.

Any reproduction of Ford Motor Company's trade marks requires the permission of Ford Motor Company.
