At Ford New Zealand we are lucky to work with a number of top New Zealanders that personify what Ford means to this country. They not only bring the Ford brand to life but are out there putting our vehicles to the test all around New Zealand daily.


Whether it’s adventuring on the backroads, drifting at 200 KMH around a track, towing the boat or getting to the match in style, they are living the Ford life.

Jeff is a New Zealand sporting legend, having represented the country as an All Black and a Black Cap - a "Double All Black", an increasingly rare achievement in the professional era. Jeff is currently a Sky Sports commentator for both rugby and cricket.

Paul Radisich - Word Touring Car Cup Champion

Paul Radisich established himself as one of the world’s most acclaimed Touring Car drivers, most notably for his pair of successive wins at the FIA World Cup in 1993 and 1994.

After winning the World Touring Car Championship he was a finalist for the Halberg New Zealand Sportsman of the Year and was inducted into the Motorsport New Zealand Wall of Fame in 1994 together with the Auckland Car Club Roll of Honour in 2016. He was also inducted into the Waitakere Sports Hall of Fame.

Paul has been a Friend of Ford for a number of years now, attending special events Ford has sponsored like Beach Hop and dealer events.

Working in the tourism industry is what sparked the idea of Bare Kiwi in 2009. Kyle Mulinder and Lisa Barton help travellers discover the real New Zealand as well as many overseas destinations including Australia, Thailand, Europe and the USA. BareKiwi has gained followers from around the globe seeking travel inspiration and tips.

BareKiwi is a also proud ambassador and content creator for GoPro and Jayco Australia and New Zealand. At Ford we’re always excited to support their adventures and get them to all the incredible places they travel - whether it's by providing the perfect towing vehicle, such as a Ford Ranger or Ford Everest, or helping them to go electric with all the new Mach-E Mustang.

We know our Ranger and Everest customers are out there towing all manner of boats all around the country and the team at NZ Fishing Media probably do even more so than most. New Zealanders love fishing and boating so we’re proud to have the NZ Fishing Media team in our vehicles and out demonstrating every day how our Fords enable Kiwis to get out and follow their passion.

Kane Williamson is one New Zealand’s finest cricketers, and since debuting in 2010, has become one of the most accomplished batsmen in the world. Known for his technical proficiency and graceful stroke play, he has been a pivotal figure in the BLACKCAPS batting line-up for some time.

Williamson has achieved numerous remarkable milestones during his career, including becoming New Zealand’s leading all-time Test run-scorer and the first to reach 8,000 Test runs, to go along with an impressive average across all formats. Additionally, Williamson has led the BLACKCAPS as captain, guiding them to several successes, including the ICC World Test Championship in 2011.
His humility and respect is well recognised in the cricketing world, and is what makes him a fantastic ambassador for Ford.

After making his international cricket debut in 2012, Tom Latham has represented New Zealand in all three formats of the game, becoming a regular at the top of the Test order. A quintessential left hand opening batsman, Latham is known for his solid technique and patience at the crease and has shown the ability to adapt to different playing conditions.Regular appearances at the top of the Test order, Latham has moved into the top 10 leading Test run scorers for New Zealand.

Latham drives a Ford Escape, which enables him to not only cover his cricketing duties, but also his duties as a father.

Melie Kerr

Recently named in the T20 and ODI Teams of the Year by the ICC, Melie Kerr has come to establish herself as one of the world’s best all-rounders. A right-hand batter and right-arm leg spinner, Kerr made her debut for the WHITE FERNS in 2016 at the age of 16 and has quickly become a leader within the team. A year into her International career, Kerr achieved a remarkable feat, breaking the record for highest individual score in women’s ODIs, a record she still holds to this day. An unbeaten 232 against Ireland, along with 5 wickets in the match, pathed the way for her international success.

Kerr continues to inspire cricket fans worldwide with her cricketing ability, versatility, and passion for the game.

Sophie Devine

Since her debut in 2006, Sophie Devine has become a prominent player in New Zealand Cricket having played 270 international matches for her country. Despite starting her career primarily as a bowler, Devine has developed into one of the world’s leading all-rounders and most powerful batters. In the 2019-20 season, she showcased her batting prowess, becoming the first player (male or female) to score 5 consecutive half-centuries in T20 Internationals.

Devine has spent much of her career also as a leader, captaining her side to a Commonwealth Games bronze medal in 2022. Having played in various domestic leagues worldwide, Devine has solidified her position as a respected and influential figure around the world.
