How can I book a service online?

You can book a reservation with a Ford Dealer for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and/or updates using the Ford website or the Ford app. 

Using the Ford Website

Visit our Request a Service page to make an appointment with a Dealer.

Using the Ford app

  1. Log in to the Ford app.
  2. Select the Service screen.
  3. Tap Schedule Service. "Find Dealer" will be displayed if you do not have a preferred Dealer set in the Ford app.

    Notes:
    • You will be directed to the Dealer's appointment portal.
    • The steps and menu items on the portal vary based on the selected Dealer.
       
  4. Choose your service needs based on the remaining prompts.
  5. Confirm and schedule your reservation.
