How do I get removed from a recall mailing list?

Ford Motor Company is required to mail recall letters to the last known registered owner. Ford New Zealand obtains customer mailing information for recall notification letters from the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) vehicle registration database. If you have received a letter for a vehicle you no longer own, we apologise for the inconvenience.

If you have sold or disposed of your vehicle, you can notify the NZTA by visiting their Sold or disposed of vehicle page.
