What is an online reservation?

Online Reservation is ability for customer to submit a reservation to Ford Dealer through Ford New Zealand Website ford.co.nz. Online reservations are created to enhance the customer experience and provide convenience with an option to reserve your desired Ford vehicle from the anywhere you have an internet connection! Online Reservation provides an early access to Vehicle but does not guarantee that Ford Dealer will be able to deliver the exact model nor commit to delivery timing. Consumer is expected to complete the buying process with Ford dealership to confirm the order.
Online Reservation provide a convenience for Customer to reserve Vehicle available in the program from anywhere at anytime, without having to visit a Ford Dealer. It gives you an opportunity to entertain an early access when the vehicle becomes available. But an online reservation is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery and is also subject to overall demand. Consumer is expected to complete the buying process and confirm the order at the selected Ford Dealership.

A reservation confirmation will be sent to the email address/SMS you provide. Your Ford Dealer will then contact you for further offline processes.
Yes, Online reservation is a national program available at participating dealers.
Due to regulations in some regions and dealer availability, it may not be available in all regions. Please check the dealers list on the website for more details.
No, you cannot pause your reservation on website before completing the reservation steps. Once the session on website is closed or expired, you have to begin configuration again.

You can submit online reservation with a Ford Dealer who is participating in the Online reservation program. One of the registered dealers will be auto assigned to you based on your postcode, however you can then change it to your favorite participating Ford Dealer at a later stage.
